Hello! I'm Max Folkers!

Team Lead, Sales Associate

#1 RE/MAX Agent in San Diego for production! Originally from Iowa, I went to college at the US Naval Academy and after flight school moved out to San Diego in 1993. After 9 years as a helicopter pilot in the Navy I worked in tech sales before settling into my passion helping people find or sell their homes! There are a lot of great Realtors here in San Diego, but we think we are the perfect choice for your real estate needs. Over the last 20 years, I have had the opportunity to apply the integrity, attention to detail, and work ethic that served me well as a Navy pilot, to helping hundreds of families buy or sell a home of their own in San Diego.

What Our Clients Are Saying...

"We cannot thank the Max Folkers Team enough for all of their help and expertise in finding our new home. They are true professionals and all around great people. We were moving back to San Diego from Arizona a few months ago. They created a specific search engine to give us all the options in our desired location which was so easy and helpful. Since we were flying in from Arizona to see the homes we liked, they were so kind to help us by picking us up to go searching for the perfect place so we wouldn’t have to rent a car each time we flew into town. From the start of our search to the finish and closing of the new house, they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional."

"The Max Folkers Team are great real estate professionals with an excellent personal touch. From the time we began looking at homes through closing, they were attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable. The team was patient and energetic throughout a months-long search. The Max Folkers Team will take the time to understand what you are looking for in a home, and they will tailor their suggestions to fit your needs. They can also suggest similar areas and neighborhoods that you may not have been considering. Their experience in the area is clear, and I always felt that they genuinely wanted to find the home that suited our needs best. I highly recommend the Max Folkers Team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, and I would enthusiastically work with them again."

"The Max Folkers Team was the absolute best! They were always very clear and honest with us through the process to make sure we not only understood everything, but also to make sure we would find a safe family home. Their communication was always fast, and they consistently took time to help us above and beyond their duties. My wife and I also appreciated the fact that it never felt like the Max Folkers Team was trying to sell us a home, but rather to make sure we found what we needed. There was never any kind of pressure, they would simply guide us based on our interests and needs. Not to mention they are just kind and down to Earth people that were always happy to help."
